At Namo Shop, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom printed and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, change of mind, or accidental orders.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for refund processing
- Additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account

Order Cancellations
Because orders enter production quickly after being placed, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
